Doctor Mushi is a great guy. His staff on the other hand are rude. I am quitting this doctor because of his rude staff. I had to cancel an appointment because I had covid. I had to cancel the next appt due to being out of town at my aunt's funeral. The staff treated me very rudely because I canceled l a second time due to this unexpected occurrence. So I will find another doctor now cause of this poorly trained problem, flips the staff all the bird, especially you Sherry, the bia tch that answers the phone, shows you that it's all about the mighty $.
The actual sleep study was great. Afterwards, I was lied to, had to wait for them to send the order, was told it was sent, it wasn’t. The place waiting for the order called, was told it wasn’t sent. Called the next day and the girl on the phone couldn’t even keep her story straight about my order, then seemed shocked when I got upset. Don’t lie and you don’t have to worry about keeping your story straight. I have severe sleep apnea, about 79 episodes an hour, but I guess that’s not a big deal. I thought they were an honest company, but like I said, when you can’t keep your story straight, you’re lying.
Just like other reviewers we left a piece of our CPAP system at home and they hooked us right up at no charge. other places wanted prescriptions and just turned it into an event but here they helped us in 2 minutes and would not accept payment. beyond grateful
