Waited over an hour past appointment time before getting called back. Skip this place an drive to Greensboro or High Point. It will be quicker. Finally at an hour and twenty minutes after appointment time.
I have had several appointments with this place. I want to say about 4. I am currently in the waiting room at 11:10 when my appointment was at 10:30. It has been this way everytime except once. I fully understand being a little late considering my wife is a nurse so I get medical stuff takes time. I won't ever come back no matter the outcome of this visit and I will absolutely never recommend someone to come here. Which is a a shame because the staff is always great.
Any time I have breathing problems I can call and get seen the same day. This is a great team of doctors and staff. I've been a patient since Dr. Chodri opened his practice here. He and Melissa are the best!!
I would not recommend this place for absolutely anything. Office personnel didn’t write down husband’s insurance correctly so it was refused but NOT A SOUL CALL HIM. He had to physically go to the office to find out why no one had called to schedule an appointment and that’s when he found out about insurance. They finally verified insurance and a lady called and scheduled sleep test. Husband showed up for sleep test and not a single person was at clinic. Rang bell. No one answered. Called the number. No one answered. This place is a JOKE!
Friendly staff and honest. Dr. Chodri is very realistic and thorough. He doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear, he is very blunt but he does it in the best interest of the patient. If you’re the type of person who wants a sugar coated answer then you might want to try somewhere else. I prefer the truth even if it does hurt. I’ll keep seeing Dr.Chodri as long as I need to. And he is also the ONLY pulmonologist in Randolph county. But I prefer to wait for quality care vs driving to another county. Either way, it takes time so don’t expect to walk in and the world stop around you. There are many people who see Dr. Chodri and we have no problem waiting patiently.
