First visit told her/doctor am allergic to gas anesthesia. Yet she ordered sleep apnea test knowing if positive candidate for INSPIRE I would have to have gas anesthesia for implanting device. OBVIOUSLY I COULD NOT HAVE THIS PROCEDURE, NOW BEING CHARGED $25. FOR TEST knowing I wasn't a candidate for the INSPIRE!!!
My husband had an appointment, he received texts about his appointment- date, time, what to do and what not to do - we go to port Charlotte office, they tell us it’s North port! You would think they would tell you what office in one of the texts which we pushed 1 to confirm. I guess he doesn’t need the test that bad, even though he has trouble breathing…North Port didn’t say come today, which we were willing to do, they said make another appointment! I see how they care about the patient’s health, I think I might look up other doctors that care for their patients. We went today 2/20/2024 for another appointment - we rec’d a text (after my review) for an appointment today. The North Port office was very nice. They didn’t do a breathing test but Dr Soto saw him and listened to my concern with his breathing and ordered an inhaler for him, hopefully this will help him until he goes for his test. As of today I would give them a z4 star review
Most of the Doctors there are good. However, they or their office staff like to overbook. And if you have a afternoon appointment you will sit and wait for an 1 to 2 hours before you can even get in to see the Doctor! I had a appointment today and waited an hour and a half and never got to see my Doctor. Lady at the front desk said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Never even said sorry. Apparently they care more for making money then helping their patients. They obviously don't respect their patients time. Don't waste your time. Going to find another Doctor.
I waited all day for a same day appointment and never heard a live voice. I was experiencing extreme difficulty breathing following complications post surgery. Finally, too late to get in, I got the operator. I told her I would have someone pick up my records in the morning and to cancel my next scheduled appointment. They are heartless, at best. They have responded that I was offered an appt. FALSE. I missed one appointment and actually had an appointment for next week. Just Google...the truth is there.
