Very attentive to the patient. Always had wonderful service provided.
Nurses not doing job. Ask for glass of water never ever got it. Never offered breakfast. One of night nurses very very rude. Ask 3 times for antacid which finally got. Hospital crew definitely going down hill. Maybe a staff meeting might be a good idea. Service didn't used to be like this. Hope you can turn it around
My son was recently admitted during the end of the year NewYear. We were not certain of his outcome. The staff took a few bad days and made them better. You looked after us as well. He received top notch care from everyone. I would like to acknowledge the ones that I remember but they were all great! Ryan dayshift RN, Amber dayshift RN, Katrina (Kat) nightshift RN, Rachael Miller, ER, staff in ER. Nurse, Ambulance crew Julie Barre Lueking, Jessica Harris, Donelle, Alaina. If I left anyone out I am sorry I didn't get your name, you all went above and beyond. Keep on doing a great job! Bless all of you!
My wife delivered here and we had an amazing experience! The nurses, doctors and staff were all so friendly and helpful! We wanted to do a natural birth without medications that also focused on the attachment bond between the infant and mother. The nurses and doctor were so supportive of our choices and helped us give a safe and rewarding birthing process. So much gratitude to Dr. Ellis and our nurses Deb, Vicky, Shelby, and Brooke!
Don't give any money to this hospital. It really needs to be just a family practice and nothing to do with emergencies because they are not equipped or knowledgeable for anything other than a bandaid. Every local knows this and goes to regional or union in dire situations, cause they're just going to transfer you out anyway and take forever to do it. The ER is an absolute joke. Drive a few extra miles to any other hospital for an emergency. My first experience, I went in for a possible miscarriage. A foreign doctor came into my room, didn't introduce himself, poked around inside me forcefully, then said "looks like you're going to lose this one" then left. I was devastated! The nurse was wonderful and helped me understand, but that doctor needs more than just a good yelling at. The nurses typically are the star of the show, the doctors in the ER are awful humans. I have more than enough stories. I'm not sure how they can even legally operate. However, I can't rate the hospital as a whole due to the ER being trash. I went in for a D&C in the outpatient surgical and the staff in that department are absolutely wonderful. They gave me keepsakes and made sure I was comfortable and expressed their sympathy for my loss. They truly shine in that department, and also in the OB department. I didn't deliver my first child there but every friend that has was treated like royalty. OB AND OUTPATIENT SURGICAL ARE THE TRUE MVP's!
