My husband went to the sleep center and went through the whole process and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. He needs his sleep apnea machine and has been trying to contact them regarding getting it with no success. Today I called 4 times, each call recorded and I’ve been disconnected twice, and the 4th call I was told “theres nothing she could do and she can’t stay on the phone with me”!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I used to go to Bethany medical center and noticed they submitted a claim regarding a doctor I never saw, yet they submitted a claim stating that I saw this doctor and he gave me some kind of injections. I’ve already reported this as fraud to Medicare, who is taking my situation seriously. This place sounds good on paper but read some of the reviews and you’ll see that they are known for overcharging patients. My husbands sleep apnea is so bad he can barely function day to day. I will report this along with the 4 recorded calls to the Board, as well as the Better Business Bureau. I wish I could post my phone call recordings on here but that’s not an option. Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking about going to any of these locations
