Coastal Sleep Lab

It’s no surprise to me that this clinic has such horrible reviews. Communication had been horrible from the start with this company. Took over 2 months for them to schedule my sleep test and they never return your phone calls. My sleep test was faulty and did not work as described once I took it home, so I shut the test off after an hour. THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE TEST. Their reasoning? Because the test left their facility - all coming from the owner. They also told me the owner returned my call because “it said she called me” in their notes. I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. Do yourself a favor and request another sleep study clinic from your doctor. I’ve now saved 3 people from using this clinic. All they care about is making money, regardless of their unethical practices.

I appreciate everyone from the ladies on day crew that helped with my insurance, appointments and such to Thomas the tech that did my study at my appointment. You guys are awesome!!! Thomas made me feel comfortable and was full of knowledge and understanding, I was nervous about the study until meeting him. Now because of you all I am sleeping safer and better at night!!

They told me they would do titration test for a BiPAP (the device that I use w 100% compliance) so that I would go to sleep, and then gave me a CPAP titration instead, now they are hounding me for more payment for a test I did not need.

I would like to thank the Coastal Sleep lab for excellent service. I recommend this lab to anyone that looking for a sleep study with a very comfortable, clean and pleasant environment. An defintely thanks to Marissa for her prompt an excellent customer service. She handle my situation with attention beyond expectation.
