After two ER visits back to back with family members and a two day hospital stay, I can only say wonderful things about the employees at Phelps Health. EVERYONE was friendly, compassionate, thoughtful, accommodating, and efficient. Starting with Dr. Myers and his nurse to Dr. Hutchison, Dr. So, Dr. Miller, Dr. Virk and all of their nurses and techs- it couldn’t have been a better experience. I am thankful for such outstanding quality of care in our community. Thank you, Phelps Health!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent mammogram thanks to the incredible technician who took care of me. She was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease. We chatted about the weather and gardening, which completely distracted me from what can sometimes be an uncomfortable procedure. Her calm demeanor and genuine conversation made the whole experience so much more comfortable. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and skill. She turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a positive one. Highly recommend!

the staff who attended to me were quite professional in everything they said n did. i received assistance whenever i requested it, n for that, i am quite obliged to em! the MRI felt like more than 20 mins time, however, they did allow me to calm me nerves with some of me favourite classical rock music via headphones while i was being scanned. i call that a win! i would strongly recommend Phelps Health to anyone with me own condition!

I was told doctor would review test results. Had number of heart tests over last month. Only reviewed stress test. Didn't discuss other tests or how they worked with stress test. Doctor had problems operating laptop doing a simple Google search for normal test pictures. Assistant had to look over shoulder and point where to click. Show me normal and my pictures. Pointed out differences but did not explain what the pictures showed. Briefly showed interest in my primary doctor's initial visit notes. When I tried to provide more background, doctor didn't seem interested or care. Did not ask me for my point of view or background to issue. Did not discuss prescription drugs in any way. Never mentioned. I was shocked when CVS texted my I had a new prescription. According to CVS staff the drug was for high blood pressure. I don't have high blood pressure. I have low pressure. I immediately cancelled prescription. Long story short: doctor did very little to build my trust or give me confidence.

The front desk man was great and quickly developed a friendly rapport. The Nurse went above and beyond when they found out my blood test showed an elevated level indicating potential blood clotting in my lungs. She called the Imaging department and got me in on a Friday afternoon when there were No openings available that day. The Doctor treated me especially well. He spent the better part on an hour sitting side by side, shoulder to shoulder going over, in great detail, the CT showing my lungs. I’ve never had any doctor spend so much time showing and explaining to me my images. It was great. Very happy with them all at a tough, scary time with a potential Pulmonary Embolism.
