Very nice clean environment. The receptionists and the Dr was great. They made us feel right at home. I would recommend audiology there for anyone who needs it.

Verifiably the worst healthcare experience my wife and I have underwent. We went in to establish care and get our preventatives done. We ended up with ~$3400 (after insurance) in bills (including labs) from them afterwards. In talking with Aetna and their billing department, they were poorly marked and they won't go back and change it. Both of our physicians (different ones) seemed less interested in establishing a new baseline of care and ensuring the patient was healthy than getting to their next appointment. Mine was late to boot. I had to call back in to get the prescription they said they would write sent to the actual pharmacy. Still waiting on the referral call for a sleep study. Avoid this healthcare institution.

I was not disappointed in the care I received at the bond clinic in Rolla. The staff is friendly and courteous, nurses and doctors have always treated me well and took my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend Phelps health to anyone seeking quality care. I was seen as a new patient by Rachel Feeler, and I think I will be very pleased to be her patient and have her oversee my care.

DR. REBBECA FRYER GORDAN IS AMAZING!! she listened and cared enough to find out the cause of my knee pain- not just dismiss it as part of "it" . Extremely knowledgeable!! My first visit with her found out more than I for over a year. Thank you Dr. Gordan for going above and beyond!!
