I have no way to reach anyone to pay for this damn CPAP machine. JUST LET ME PAY MY BILL! There’s nothing on my IU Bill Pay. No mail. All the nurses redirect me here. It’s been 3 months and multiple voice mails. I JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY!!!!!
I have been trying to speak with someone for weeks. My wife and I have left multiple messages. This is beyond upsetting and is really uncalled for. I had sleep study (2 of them) and got diagnosed and cpap was ordered but no one called me to pick up. I have called so many times. I just want to sleep is that too much to ask….
Very dissatisfied with customer service. I have had two separate instances calling the Sleep Education Center. I left a message to be called back - never got a call back. Had to call again. The most recent was Sept 23. I called and left message at 9:20am with issue on my face mask (new one). I got a return call message on 9/25 at 3:38pm - 2 days later. My work requires all calls be returned within same day or within 24 hours. This is frustrating when you are required to use the CPAP machine or your insurance does not cover it and you can't use it because of an issue.
