I came back from Europe with four hours of sleep in nine days with sleep paralysis, constantly vomiting and severe constipation. My PCP recommended I come here. I had severe hypersensitivity, couldn’t drive and was absolutely miserable because sleep has always been an issue for me. It affects me everyday. When I met Dr. Obesso he recommended I do therapy (which I’ve already done), to keep taking Lunesta (which was only working a few hours a night at most) and brown noise. After having this issue since I was 13- now 29, this was not the route I wanted to take. So he recommended QUVIVIQ and noted there was a celebrity on the pamphlet. My PCP wanted me to get an urgent sleep study, but Dr. Obesso didn’t seem to care or think my symptoms or lack of sleep was an issue. I was told I had to wait several months, until I let him know I was falling asleep while driving at six am to work. Then they fit me in the next week conveniently and after driving four hours up to Tyler- I was quoted $4700 the night before. Today, I was told I could of paid $1500. Very disappointed in service, ended up finding another doctor that is finally helping me.

The dr I had was very professional, and helpful. She made sure I had my appointments and scheduled me for my cpap.

My daughter just did her sleep study here. We actually left about an hour ago! The staff was soooo nice and the guy who helped us, Chris, was the absolute best! He’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met in the medical field! He answered any and all the questions me and my daughter had, he talked with us, and he explained everything that was going on. We were actually sad to leave because of how awesome Chris was! Since it was still dark when we left, he walked us out to our car. My daughter hugged him since he did so well with her. I want to give a huge thank you to this facility for being so awesome!! And thank you to Chris for making this process so easy for my daughter!

Took my wife and have to say techs were great. When time came for her to get her CPAP, the process broke down. Five calls and two weeks after the calibration study there’s still no order and no CPAP. I’m not happy with the lack of concern for her. Maybe this is a glitch, but not from our experience.

The Christus Mother Francis Sleep Clinic including the office staff and clinic manager, Jessica, my doctor, Dr. Obesso and his nurse, Melissa are AAA+. Because of my personal experiences with this clinic and Dr. Obesso, I do recommend, without hesitation, this clinic for any person having difficulty with sleeping due to snoring, stoppage of breathing and/or even a previously documented sleep study proving sleep apnea to consider contacting this clinic for medical assistance.
