Just had my first appointment today (with 2 more to go). The office staff, medical assistant, and Dr. Daley were all very kind and patient with me. And even though I was very nervous about my visit, they took the time to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had. Which made the whole appointment a smooth and easy experience.

Me again! Last time I left a negative post, they responded by making excuses and even misspelled my last name even tho it’s in the review. Well once again, I received an invoice for an appointment that I missed even tho I made all attempts to call prior (with no reception) that I was running late due to traffic. They still try and charge me $50 for “No Show Fee” although they have zero evidence of me ever signing any acknowledgement agreement of such. The first time I got to their office was at my 9am appointment but not a half hour early as they requested. Tried to call cause I was stuck in traffic coming back from Bonita, but nobody answered the phones. So although I got there at my scheduled time of 10 and not 9:30, they turned me away cause she said I needed the required half hour to do paperwork which I thought was ridiculous cause it’s only taken me like 5 mins to do paperwork at every other doctors offices. Honestly, rather than submit and pay them the $50 No Show Fee, I’m more tempted to pay a homeless guy $50 to stand outside on the sidewalk (which is public property) with a sign warning the public of what a crappy service this administration is. Being a veteran of our armed services of 20+ years, I can assure you that I can play the long game. I’ve already responded to them via USPS with the last bill they sent me that I do not feel responsible for this charge. I also offered to delete my last negative review if they dropped the ridiculous charge. Obviously, it’s been ignored. Someone needs to ask this doctor if he needs $$$. I know times are tough, but seriously.

Dr Daley is a wonderful doctor. He really listens to your issues. I feel he truley cares about his patients and their care. I never feel rushed at my appointments and he is always on time. His staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I was very good experience. The staff is very friendly and professional, the office is clean appointments are placed far enough apart that the waiting room is not overwhelmed with patients. Dr. Daily is pleasant and explained what was happening and we reviewed the x-rays together that been taken and explained everything that we were seeing. I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment.

Im glad i didn't go by the previous reviews. My experience was very nice quick and easy, took less than 45min From Check in to seeing the Doctor, and it was on a Monday. The doctor and his team answered all my questions and were very pleasant and patient when they conducted their follow up calls with me. Glad I gave Dr Daley a Chance.
