I had to call the ambulance for my back. Ingot to the ER and everyone treated me wonderfully! They gave me pain meds without the third degree! I do have serious issues though. I really appreciated the care and respect I received while there. I wish every ER had the doctors and nurses that were there when I went!!! BRAVO!!!
Came here. Mom being admitted. She is dying of cancer. The ARROGANT security guard working has no business dealing with people here.. his smirky laugh and arrogance on how he is “allowing me to stay” because I brought my mom emotional support dog to the er .. Very unprofessional.. very untasteful! The security guard actually came back in the nurses station where my MOM heard him laughing and complaining about me with her support dog.. How should he even be employed in a system like this.. FIRE HIM! especially when he walks up to me sitting minding my own business in the waiting area to tell me he is “allowing “ me yo stay when I am minding my own business waiting for my daughter n law to let me relieve her from my mom.. MY MOM IS DYING AND THIS SECURITY GUARD CARE MORE ABOUT HIS OWN ORIDE THAN THE FAMILY OF A DYING PATIENT.. I am here at the hospital with her now.. December 3rd during the day.. this man should BE FIRED or made to take an education course on how to handle patients family that are obviously heartbroken! I have NEVER dealt with such arrogance in a hospital. But being from a security guard not even a dr. FIRE HIM
ER: Check-in was quick. ER Staff came to me immediately, walked me in with others tending to my immediate needs. Doctor was through, easy to question and moved immediately to a specialist. I'm very pleased with CHRISTUS Emergency Care Center-Lindale.
If I could give zero stars I would. Never again. Will gladly drive to Tyler to UT. Can’t go wrong with UT. Even in Dallas UTSW is tops. CHRISTUS is bottom of the barrel care. If you can even call it care. No thank you. I will give them the same amount of care I received which is a big ZERO on the $$$!!! Nope prove your worth to me CHRISTUS!!!!! We do have a choice. Hey great if you got a heat rash!!! But a serious infection this is not the place to go. Nope. Instead I’ve missed an entire week of work. Will miss three days next week. IF they had admitted me and given me IV antibiotics overnight I would have kicked this infection in the butt much sooner and I could get this tooth pulled much sooner But nope-had to make me suffer much longer than had they admitted me.
Everyone at the Christus Mother Francis ER in Lindale was very polite, professional, and efficient from the admittance person to the doctors. I really dreaded to go to the ER because of a couple of previous ER visits at other locations. I was pleasantly surprised. I had taken a bad fall, hitting my forehead was seen right away, and tests ordered and completed. I highly recommend this location.
