Staff were accommodating of my difficult swing shift work schedule and took time to find a way to make the pick up and drop off work for me. They also took time to demonstrate how to use the device
People there were very friendly. Mira was great at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. She explained things very well also.
It was a very clean facility. Chris was very nice, professional and informative. I was relaxed and felt safe. Which is surprisingly good.
I arrived about 1:45 for my 2:00 appointment. Another man arrived shortly after, and was quickly called back. Another man, and then another woman, arrived a little later. They were called back maybe at 2:15, but I was not. When the receptionist returned, I told her that I had arrived about 1:45 and she had checked me in, but 3 other people had been called back before me and they all arrived after I did. She then checked, and after a little bit took me back to where the man and woman were. No apology whatsoever! Once I was back in the room, the lady who was going to give us instructions entered. She spoke and then demonstrated how to put the belt on and how to adjust the belt so that it fit snuggly comfortable. Her demonstration belt had 2 black rectangular clips with a little hole near the 2 white parts/clips that were to be inserted into each side of the white recorder box. All she had to do was insert the 2 white pieces, open each little black clip, which were on the chest/front, to adjust the length of the belt on each side. EASY! When I opened my bag, that was definitely not how the belt was to be adjusted. There was only 1 black clip, and it was on my back where I could not see it and could barely reach it. There were 3 thicknesses of belt there that had to be adjusted so that the belt was flat against my back. I rotated that black clip area to my front/chest, try to adjust it, then rotated it back around to my back, only to find that it was still too loose. I must have had to do that 3-4 times to get it to fit properly, and then I had to redistribute the 3 layers of belting so that it was all flat against my back; that was not easy either. That whole process took quite a while, and was definitely not the easy method that she had demonstrated. Of course, I was not looking at the green light icons on the top of the unit as I was adjusting the length of the belt because the white recorder had been rotated to my back side in order to get the black adjuster clip to my front side where I could actually see the black clip. When I finally had a good fit, I rotated the white recorder box back to the top of my chest and hoped that the unit was actually turned on, and that I would not be wasting my time all night with a unit that was not recording. Please, use the same belt setup to demonstrate with that is in our baggie, instead of a much easier belt adjusting method just for demonstrating purposes.
It was easy to find the location, by Google maps, I also drove around earlier that day to make sure , I'd be able to find the right place. Sadly the door were locked when I arrived. A few minutes later I knocked and my Patient care person opened the door. We had a lot of great conversations. She helped me with everything she could. She was very nice and understanding. We also have a lot in common. If I could give her some stars for everything especially the questionnaire, I definitely would. I'm definitely going to put, them here on my Google feedback. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, Thank you Summer. What truly makes me want to give both Summer and the Sleep Study facility five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, Is how well I was treated, the good care I had. It was definitely better than any other Sleep Study experience I had in years. Thank you very much. Please keep up the great work.
