We’ve had a horrible experience getting my dad’s sleep study finalized. Scheduling has been and continues to be a disaster. Sooo difficult to get a hold of anyone. And when you do… promises to call back don’t happen. Then when my dad finally gets a follow up appointment - he goes there on his Sunday night (as they scheduled him) and no one is there! Unreal.
Awesome experience!! Very professional and informative. Ron was great with explaining everything and getting me set up. Larry was awesome for my actual study and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs a sleep study.
I can't say enough positive things about this medical establishment. I am a challenging sleep apnea individual, simultaneously being diagnosed with a severe cervical spine and lower back condition, which added to the apnea adjustment period. The knowledge, patience and support that I receive from Sherrie, Ron and Larry (sleep study technician) during my 2 sleep studies, and ongoing support was, and continues to be refreshingly unique in our current environment. I never gave up during months of trial and error to get my apnea under control. I can only say, God Bless Sherrie and Ron who patiently walked me through the journey with empathy and kindness... I Highly Recommend Professional Sleep Analysis to anyone going through a similar medical condition...
Great experience. It was not AT ALL what I had envisioned. Very comfortable with exceptional staff. It was like sleeping in my own bedroom. There was a TV, and a queen size bed. It was difficult for me to fall asleep; primarily due to all the electrodes and a new environment. I would definitely use again if needed.
I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Professional Sleep Analysis. They went above and beyond to help get me the sleep apnea machine I needed. I feel so much better now! Between Sherrie and the sleep techs, I was treated professionally and with great care. Sadly, that is more and more rare these days. Don't hesitate; call them and start sleeping better.
