I highly recommend Dr. Tapia for your medical needs. She is amazing and the entire team is friendly, efficient and extremely empathetic.
Although I appreciate my Doctor (Dr Bushan), some of the support staff possess incredible attitudes. I’m not sure if they are tired of dealing with patients, have contempt for a certain age bracket, or what, but they can be extremely short with patients and slightly sarcastic. Particularly some of the ladies at check in and check out. The nurses and doctors I have yet to have any issues with. It’s unfortunate when an otherwise good office is represented by staff that may not be qualified for the position. I understand there can be bad days, we all experience them, but at work and depending on the position (customer service in this case) a certain level of decorum should be observed and practiced at all times.
My primary care physician is Dr Martin, a great doctor that cares about me and my time. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen when I have my appointments. I've been able to get several conditions under control thanks to him.
If I could put 0 stars I would, this place is the most absurd and unprofessional and inhumane workplace I have ever entered. The doctors had no idea what they where doing, i believe I had dr “Olivia” if that was his first name but he was an absolute horrible doctor he must’ve got his degree from a kids cereal box. This man did not help me with anything I left without finishing my appointment because of the unprofessional work going on here, I will never ever be returning and would steer anyone away from coming here, all the nurses will speak and treat you rudely the doctors do not know what they are actually doing and I completely wasted so much time thinking I was gonna be able to finish what I needed to at this appointment I’m disappointed with the fact that I couldn’t and I will be scheduling an appointment elsewhere
My parents had the worst experience of their life at this location. Very unprofessional and inhumane. It is a shame that this practice cares so little for their patients. Doctors and their staff should be very caring and understanding, sadly at this location you are only worth numbers.
