The staff was honestly amazing. They let my fiance stay with me due to me having anxiety which they said normally they don't do so I appreciated that a lot. I had Brittany she was supper friendly and good about letting me know everything that was being hooked to me and what it was for and everything. The "bed" however was horrible! When I set up the appointment I was told it was going to be like a sleep number bed, but it was far from it! It was literally a 3 inch foam mattress topper on wooden slats and I know this because my fiance looked after he bumped into it and almost knocked the "bed" off the frame. Im not sure how they expect anyone to sleep good on that thing. Being hooked to all that stuff was bad enough then waking up and my back hurting like crazy from sleeping on that thing.
I went in for an EEG three weeks ago, and was told I would have the results in 7-10 days. I understand that is business days but it's now been 15 days and still no results. I have called them multiple times and even made a formal complaint to the hospital but to no avail. If you need fast results, please do NOT go here. They do not currently have a neurologist on staff to read the EEGs and when I asked for them to send the EEG to my neurologist in Greenfield they refused. I was told that it HAD to be ready by their neurologist. I will say the staff is very nice and knowledgeable but getting results SUCKS!!! UPDATE: a couple days after writing that first review I got a call that said my EEG had been read and the results sent to my doctor. I went for a follow-up with my doctor on May 7th. He still DID NOT have the results!!! Today I went to the sleep center with the intent of sitting in the waiting room ALL day if I needed to to get my results. They came out with an envelope 3 seconds after I got there with the results. They did not check an ID or do any type of verification on who I was. So I could have walked in and said I was anybody and gotten anybody's results as long as they had had a sleep study done. I really do not recommend this place to anyone!
Went in for a sleep study as referred by my doctor. Being a lte night person, I went in around 2am, and my tech, Tim, was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Tim then hooked me up to 30 sensors, a few on my legs, but mostly all over my face and head. He also brought me a fan, as I like the humming white noise it provides to help me sleep. I then fell asleep in the comfortable bed and pillows they provide which is about the equivalent of a 3 or 4 star hotel, which is very nice. They also video taped me sleeping. I woke up the next day and the next tech came in and unhooked me from all the wires and I was on my way. Great place to be tested for sleep apnea. Professional and courteous staff.
