Patient since August 2025. 3 office appointments and a sleep study so far and I am impressed by Dr Suen and everyone on his staff both in the daytime office and the sleep study facility. I highly recommend this doctor and his practice.
I have been waiting since October for my surgery appointment. I’ve been approved by Dr. Suen and my insurance. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I have finally called another physician in Vero for my care. This is beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find another Dr.
He adjusted the Power setting on my CPAP machine and I had a perfect score with no mask seal leaks and slept for (9) hours of uninterrupted sleep. This was my first perfect score in 8 months of struggling and no "Dry Mouth"! Thank you so much.
Worst customer service ever. Dr was great. Staff sucks. Husband had a Thursday appt which dr prescribed a med and sent to the local pharmacy. Script had incorrect instructions for taking. Pharmacy sent a fax to Dr office on Thursday. Today is Monday, after 4 calls from us and the fax from the pharmacy, the issue has still not been resolved.
After calling twice and leaving voicemail with Dr Suen’s nurse I never received a call back and had a very difficult time getting through to anyone. Also had an appointment today and was the first patient after their lunch break. They took me into a room, took my vitals and then I sat there for 45 minutes and I had to ask why it was taking so long and the response I got was that the Dr left. Seriously...worst Dr experience I’ve ever had.
