Rude, unknowledgeable, and boy do they not care. I stood there for several minutes while Bethany, the women behind the counter, ignored me. Sadly, that was the best part of my experience. This place certainly deserves all their bad reviews. They simply do not care. Go somewhere else, and get treated like a fellow human being instead of an annoying idiot - which is what they appear to think of patients. How can such a big hospital be this bad? Wow.

This place has only one form of treatment, to put you on a pap machine. Do not expect them to listen to your problem or try alternate methods to treat you. All they do is put you on a pap machine, whether you want to or not. Expect to wait 45+ mins on your appointment date. They may also charge you for a visit after sending you an email (yes they really marked an email as an office visit and charged me). I am a long time Tri-Health patient but this place is an embarrassment.

My nurse, Vicky, amazing. I would give her 5 stars all day long. However, the facility was not up to par. I wish I had gone to the butler sleep center location instead. I’m not naive enough to blame the center for me not sleeping well. I’m a natural stomach sleep and being connected to a gazillion wires was absolutely going to have its challenges. What I had an issue with is the rooms aren’t independently air conditioned. I was soooo hot. The nurse kept trying to help and finally at 3:30 in the morning she suggested we open the door. The hallway was freezing but my room was stuffy. Most adults know if they sleep better cold or not. I wish the registry person would have told me about the air conditioner situation. I feel like I didn’t get the best results because of this. I only got about 2 hours sleep. If you need a sleep study, make sure you ask these questions ahead of time.

I've ended up in the ER here twice after being ambulance in after spinal surgeries. Both times ER doc rude and unfriendly. Rest of staff affectionate & reassuring (esp radiology). When given the choice, I pick West Chester or Good Sam without hesitation.
