AVOID AT ALL COSTS! EXTREMELY uncomfortable bed (basically made test worthless because I rarely got into deep sleep). Room had no body wash in shower (there was a place for a dispenser, but no soap bottle there) — I had to go home to clean up. Operates like a production mill pushing/selling their expensive on site testing, not at all patient centered — they didn’t take time to understand my situation, which resulted in need to repeat the test at home. Then they gave me a defective home test unit, requiring me to make two more trips to their center and re-run the test — and second unit didn’t work either. I would recommend to do your sleep testing elsewhere. Staff members are nice but doctor diagnosis and equipment were so poor that I am going to have to restart with another facility.
The nurse practitioner I saw didn't give me very much information about the sleep study. When I called later, they told me to google it. I asked to see a different doctor on my follow up visit and they said I couldn't. I guess I would suggest having your questions written down before you go in if you choose to go here for sleep problems.
This place was horrible. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is the lady working was nice and I think trying to be helpful. The bed and pillows are ridiculous. Crappy bed that was not flat and had to wedge a pillow under one side so i didn’t feel like i was falling out of bed. Overly squishy (could squeeze the mattress in one hand between my fingers). When I arrived my room was 62° It took until the middle of the night to get warm enough to be able to sleep. I was in a wool sweater, my winter coat two pairs of socks and under several blankets and still cold. I couldn’t get to sleep until the middle of the night when it was finally getting a little warmer. I would not want to spend another night here.
staff as always been friendly and very helping when you have questions, to date i would highly recommend this Sleep Center to family and friends.
The sleep center is great. Cornerstone is becoming an issue with changing stories and getting the run around about when readings where taken and reordering supplies. This is the first time I have had an issue and it has been going on for a month now. They even went as far as saying I hadn't been to the NP in over a year after they just confirmed I was there less than 24 hours before. Each person you talk to have a different story and it is confusing and annoying. Looking into another provider for CPAP supplies. I contacted our insurance company and they also stated they have a lot of complaints from patients in this area with Cornerstone. I strongly suggest another provider as Cornerstone is only good for a short time then they start treating you very poorly. As for the sleep center, they are awesome.
