HORRIBLE! Dr Shaw is just awful. I went to her after my dr, Sr Zeller, retired. Dr Zeller was the most understating man. He really listened. Dr Shaw took over the practice and is the most full of herself dr. She talked over me the entire time. She didn’t listen to my concerns and was defensive. I just wanted some clarity and understanding. All I got was a dr with a hurt ego. I will NOT be going back here and recommend anyone to go anywhere else.

My husband called to make an appointment because his Cpap machine is malfunctioning. He was told since he hadn't been seen in the last few years, he was no longer considered a patient. The first available appointment is in March. When he asked what he was supposed to do, he was told, "Well, you won't die without your Cpap." Very unprofessional and unwilling to help.

I called the U.C. Sleep Center because my CPAP machine was failing and I needed to get a consultation before Medicare would authorize a replacement. I explained this to the appointment staff but was told the earliest appointment is June. My machine will not make it to June. I also saw that U.C. West Chester received an award from Healthgrades as being in the top 5% of America's hospitals. Please take a look at your customer reviews on Google, 2.6 rating is not very impressive for a hospital in the top 5% of the country. Looks like some one should look into the operation of this facility. I reley on my CPAP every night, yet your facility made no effort to assist me It seem my experience mirrors the issues in the reviews, poor patient service.

Horrible experience scheduling an appt. Appt for my husband was made back in August scheduled for 12/26/18. Called the day before the appt. to confirm any paperwork was required prior to the visit. I was then told the appt was cancelled due to Dr. Knapp schedule change. However, was never notified of this cancellation. Then tried to move on to reschedule and was told there were no openings until April 2019. Not a good way to serve your patients so taking our needs somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had an atrocious visit here, and cannot receive his cpap accessories "prescription" because he was "non-compliant." Only his second visit to this location, last one was 9 months ago, and they informed him of his non-compliance at this recent appointment because he didn't bring his machine with him. Not once was it mentioned while he was making or confirming his appointment, but it was on the discharge papers and "it's written all over the office," which, again, he was at once before, NINE MONTHS AGO. Needless to say, the ladies were nothing but a bunch of See You Next Tuesday's and we will be sure to inform anyone and everyone to seek their sleep care elsewhere. How unfortunate for UC that they have to associate with this group.
