Said I was a new patient even though this has been my neurologist for years. I just needed to schedule an MRI as directed by the neurologist after my last MRI. Then they repeat the same nonsense that I'm a "new patient" No, I am not a new patient.

Dr. Parveen is my Mom's Dr, for her sleep apnea. I am glad I am able to handle my Mom's medical needs as the communication to Dr. Parveen is impossible. I tried unsuccessfully to reach Dr Parveen regarding an issue with my Mom's CPAP machine and was unable to get a response from Dr. Parveen. Her medical assistant referred me to the Office Manager, who then suggested I make an appointment (and have to pay the co-pay) to get answers! Absolutely ridiculous! Had the virtual appointment (all appointments have been strictly virtual) and expressed my concerns on the lack of communication only to be told by Dr Parveen that she would refer us to another sleep apnea Dr instead of seeing her lack of communication. Glad to be switching Dr's soon.

Like other patients she used to be on top of everything prior to Covid- but things have gone diwnhill since then. Her current office staff does everything she can to help me- have not had physical visit with Dr. since 2020- she did not remember or read my records before suggesting new meds for my MS. Since I had already tested positive for JC Virus- wanted to get off of meds that promote that possible PML. UPDATE: Things have changed dramatically - she is now very attentive and going way above and beyond to take care of my needs. Feel like I've got my Dr. Parveen back!!
