I have been to a few different sleep doctors and this office is my favorite. I have never waited very long for my appointment. The office staff and doctor have always been respectful and kind toward me. I also feel like my concerns are heard.

I did receive a call back about my concerns and issues on how this is set up. It's about how the doctor wants it, not the comfortability of the patient. Appointment at 830p. 2 other patients scheduled to come at the same time with ONLY 1 technician to complete the paperwork and set up for the sleep study. Instead of bringing 1 patient in every 30 minutes, they inconvenience all 3. My time is valuable as well. I should've read the reviews and looked for another facility. I've never spent a night in jail, but the rooms may be just a step above. I've had several sleep studies done over the years and I've never experienced this low budget motel type of setup. Adding insult to injury, they didn't have the mask, I normally use and there was water in the tank. My current CPAP doesn't even have that feature. Did anyone check my patient history or file??? The tech attempted to accommodate me, but there's not much she could do to alleviate my issues with how this is set up. If you have anxiety, this definitely isn't the place to be. I was sleepy upon arrival and two hours later I'm waiting for my CBD/THC to kick in to get this live nightmare over with. It's now 1035p and I'm just getting into bed. Lights out at 1030...

The employees were very nice and explained all procedures before beginning the test. I brought my own pillow and blanket, to make me feel more comfortable. It is uncomfortable to try to sleep with all the wires and mask, you sometimes have to expect some discomfort before finishing any medical procedure. Thank you to the employees and Dr. Connie Ellis

My name is Steven I'm a professional truck driver and let me tell you how I had horrible experience at Charleston sleep solution, the bed they have was very uncomfortable made my back hurt and the technician was very rude and unprofessional would not help me adjust the wires when I asked for help so where it would be more comfortable to sleep so I had to end the sleep study because I couldn't sleep this morning I called them to see maybe if there is a different route I can take to get a sleep study done.. they said that I got rude and hateful and aggressive behavior with the technician i didn't say anything out of the ordinary to the technician I was nice to her and made sure I was quiet so I wouldn't wake up the other people that was doing a sleep study not sure why they are lying on me like that I told them that there is audio and video in the rooms to review it and you can see I never said nothing out of the way or ordinary to this very nice woman and was really quiet when I left when I said that all of a sudden they didn't want to talk to me on the phone anymore they wanted to end the conversation bottom line these people are liars very unprofessional , do not go to these people at all costs there's other sleep solution doctors in the Charleston area that will be very well. And willing to take you and help you get back in your feet. So take my advice and do your research on each sleep solution doctors to get the right one that will help you.

Never even made it to the appt....but by recent reviews glad I didnt!!! I have already been thru sleep study in Beckley WVa ....but the Sleep specialist only 2 I could not see for different reasons ...insurance, and other so my primary sent referral to them....I received a packet in the mail that just overwhelmed me...and my appt. was at 9:45 am. Ok I have narcolepsy already diagnosed just needed to see specialist to help with medication because not adjusting well on the only one my Dr can prescribe? This loud annoying voice on the phone told me I have to fill all of this paperwork out.! I done did the sleep study, so why do I have to answer questions again all over that don’t even apply to my original appointment needs. I told her I couldn’t do it , and she said we make all our new patients do this. Well .... How am I supposed to know if I snore, monitor naps and sleep and awake time...If I’ve been already diagnosed and am having issues on medication ...???? When you have narcolepsy that should be enough to say theirs a problem. So I cancelled, called back to see if there was anyone else I could talk to...she said only 2 people here, I said doesn’t the dr have an office she said this is his office...and that’s why he has us/? I have never felt more like going thru the phone on someone!!! Most rudest unprofessional person I have ever talked to...Glad I cancelled now onto the new!!!!
