***Dishonest and Unprofessional*** From my first call, the medical assistant was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told my CPAP order was sent on 8/7, but when I followed up on 8/13, she snapped at me and claimed they had “two weeks to order it.” The supplier confirmed the order was never sent. If I hadn’t called, I’d still be waiting. This is unacceptable patient care.
After my husband started to come here he was supposed to have a sleep study done. We’ve been waiting, calling this office and the hospital to see what the date would be. I can never get them on the phone, when you do they rush everything to get you off the phone. This place is an absolute joke. Update. 9 months later. Still no sleep study.
Excellent patient communication, knowledgeable, prompt service,willing to work with underinsured patient. Very kind and generous. Tries to work with patient who are not financially well off. I feel that he is not like other doctors whose prominent goal is make money, I think based on my encounter his prime aim is to provide top notch care to the amazing people of the great of the North Carolina. All of my experiences with this practice have been exceptional. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and friendly and is more than willing to answer all of my questions. They are also quick to respond to any concerns that are relayed to them via phone. Highly recommend.
Dr. Singh is amazing! He takes his time and explains everything. He also was the first to diagnose my central sleep apnea. I also appreciate how well he listens and how nice he treats everyone. One of the best doctors.
