Excellent experience with Dr. Monica Woodward and her team at Sleep Disorders Center of SW Florida. Very thorough, professional and excellent service. After reviewing my information and thorough conversation, Dr. Woodward made several suggestions to improve my sleep experience. They also coordinated efforts with Naples Oxygen and my insurance to ensure I updated my CPAP machine to the latest technology. I'm very grateful to be a patient under Dr. Woodward and her team. Highly recommend their practice.
Highly recommended. The office is clean and organized. I was welcomed by the Clinical Coordinator, Auja, which was knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating without having to ask. Dr Woodward is a fantastic pulmonologist that is extremely knowledgeable and recommends necessary treatment with or without extras based on patient’s need and financial abilities/coverage. They even have a Respiratory Therapist in house so you can get everything done in this sleep center.
I found Dr. Woodward to be a very smart, caring, attentive and professional physician who was able to help me diagnose and treat my Sleep Apnea and put me on a path of comfort and recovery. Her staff was also terrific... friendly, attentive, professional and thorough. I enjoyed interacting with them and would recommend this doctor and her Center to anyone... including my friends and family members. Thank you Dr. Woodward.
I like to start with the bedside manner of the doctor. I found her to be very unpleasant and rude! I also did not like how they handled the follow up of my sleep study. they found that I did not have sleep apnea and that was something that could be told to me over the phone instead they had me come in For a five minute appointment to inform me I do not have it. Then they collected a $45 co-pay. I have never paid a co-pay on a follow up appointment. that could’ve been avoided if they just told me over the phone I do not have it. Tasteless business practice!
Very nice facility, team, service & life changing results. I would have given 5 stars but receptionist was highly annoyed to help me & my girlfriend on 2 different occasions. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes & looked upward at the ceiling when I came in early to fill out paperwork they asked me to fill out before hand & when my girlfriend dropped off a mask I tried for one night & cancelled a future consultation appointment for that piece of equipment. I mentioned this experience to a staff member they said it has been noted before & to email the Dr.
