Sleep Diagnostic Center- Humble

Run run as far as you can away from this place. They are fraud and they waste your time very unprofessional. I have done two sleep studies And the follow up visit after And this was months ago. I have been trying to get my prescription and my my sleep study so that I can get my CPAP. You have to have these things in order to get one when you purchase it. You can’t even rent a CPAP without it. I tried for three weeks straight phone calls emails and no response. Nothing the staff kept putting me off, and then they blamed it on. Dr Bhat said that his prescription was sitting on his desk and He hasn’t signed it. This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever encountered. They need to be shut down for insurance fraud.

Nice people but the sleep centers mattresses are the most horrid things known to man. I hope they take this as a constructive comment. I suffer from arthritis and couldn't take more than 6 hours due the mattresses. They seriously no better than a mattress that they sell in the back of a pickup on 1960. Seriously..

They were so rude . They shut the window thingy on my sister-in-law . They said that they couldn’t do her appointment because the doctor who told my sister in law To come to this horrible place is not doctor anymore because she changed her doctor then they were charging 200-400 dollars like they were just making excuses so we couldn’t get my 4 year old niece appointment for her allergy’s the assistant was with a horrible attitude they were kicking out other clients to assistants are supposed to be nice and lead you to where you need to be but no this assistant was obeying of being nice and have a good attitude the only way she was leading us to was the door. Another exsuse was saying that the doctor wasn’t available like what if the doctor wasn’t Available then why or how come they were open it just was like what the heck these people don’t even make a little bit sense.I recommend not going to this place they are so rude the don’t have good attitude and do not lead the way we have to wait 2 more months till my niece gets another appointment. Thank you next period.

The office manager not the dr. "Expressed her concerns" about my daughters weight to not me or her father but to my 8yr old. The things she said to her are unacceptable and left my daughter terrified and in tears. I now have a little girl left with so many questions about her body it is unreal. This woman is heartless. Ifnshe had concerns she could speak with me in private not bring a little girl to tears then basically call her a liar when i confront her. All I can say is this woman better hope my child is not scarred for life and have body issues. It is people like this that cause people to have eatng disorders and starve themselves.

Dr. Bhat is a Wonderful Pulmonologist! He is thorough and never rushes you out of his office. He always takes time to answer any and all questions you may have - And I appreciate that he 'explains' things so that you fully understand. I have been a Patient of Dr. Bhat's for over 2 years now and I highly recommend him. He is personable, friendly and knowledgeable and his staff is delightful. I did have an issue with one of the Nurses being rude last year but she was much more personable on my most recent visit. I always enjoy going to Dr. Bhat's office.
