Today was my second appointment with Dr. Zhang. It was the second time he made me wait over 40 minutes for my appointment, so I walked out. I was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment and it was still 45 minutes after my appointment. I don't understand why Zhang thinks his time is more important than mine? I then get a negative attitude when i walk out of the examination room to inform the Nurses desk I was leaving and wanted to reschedule. I just walked out.

My original visit was good. However they did not tell me that they moved locations pride to my follow up appointment. Ever senes then I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to reschedule and I am about to lose my job due to not being able to get them to sign some paper work I need for my job. Do not go here!!!!

I'm only giving a 1 star because they don't give the option for negative stars! I received a call from these people about 3 - 4 weeks ago to schedule an appointment after my cpap broke. My family doctor informed me that she could just prescribe me a new one since I had previously had a sleep study so I informed them of that and did not schedule an appointment at that time. A week later my Dr. called and said they could not locate a copy of my sleep study so I would need to make an appointment. An appointment was scheduled for yesterday at 11:00. I received multiple reminder texts of my appointment including one a little over an hour of when I was to arrive. When I got there the doors were locked. I waited for about 25 minutes before the staff came and unlocked the door. They proceeded to argue with me and insist that I did not have an appointment. They kept insisting that I canceled it even after I showed them the messages confirming my appointment that I had received via text from their office. I tried to remind them that I never scheduled an appointment at first, but one was made the following week. Instead of resolving the issue they insisted on continuing to tell me that I was wrong and that I had canceled. I don't do well with stupid and unfortunately received all I could handle in that conversation so I left. This is by far the worst office staff that I have ever encountered!

In my first visit Dr Zhang listened to me and did a more thorough examination than my previous neurologist did in the entire 3 years that I saw him. His office staff was super nice and friendly, even though I messed up my appointment time and showed up late. They also helped me with options for getting medication less expensive. It was only my first visit but I was highly impressed!
