This is the worst place — I would never recommend them. I was in a very bad place because I had spent a long time sleeping only 2–3 hours a few nights a week, and this had already caused more serious problems. I came here as an emergency, and even though I could barely speak through the tears when I arrived, the girl at the front desk could hardly even look at me, let alone offer me a tissue. After my study, Dr. Carolyn had the nerve to tell me she would give me the results a month later! They are honestly trash — absolutely no humanity in the way they treat people. I went to another place, and on the same day of my first appointment they brought me back to life. Don’t waste your time here.
Wonderful experience both times! Dr. "Jack" Jagadeesan is so knowledgeable, caring and really listens to the needs and concerns of the patient. It is nice to talk to a doctor that really cares and is highly knowledgeable as well. Rolando was absolutely amazing and my sleep study was good because of him. He really did all he could to help me during my overnight sleep study. Highly responsive and very attentive. Jessica and Laura are so kind and were willing to work with the insurance company on my behalf and to accommodate schedule changes, beyond my control. Anyone that answers the phone there has always been highly patient and didn't make me feel hurried. The facility itself is clean and very welcoming. It is so warm and cozy there, the moment you walk in the door. The bed was comfortable and the provided snacks and drinks were really nice too. My experiences have always been great. Top notch in every way!
Unorganized. 2 other people in the office complaining when I was there. No privacy. Need to walk in the hallways to the restroom at the sleep study. Have to stand in the waiting room while they explain your equipment. No way I’d recommend.
I’ve almost never had reason to call a clinic a “scam” but that seems to be the best way to describe my experience. Visited for a first time (at this practice) OSA check up. A PA saw me. Took my CPAP logs with a promise to follow up on phone after the PA had reviewed. Month passed by with no follow up. Called them. They had no record of needing to follow up, although they did have the logs. Apologized and said they’ll actually, definitely follow up in the next few days. Weeks passed by, and complete radio silence. Basically, the PA talked to me, kept no record of what we discussed, and didn’t find it necessary to follow up in any way, despite the reminder. No after visit summary, no email / text / phone call / snail mail, nothing at all. It’s like I’d never visited. I waited months for the appointment, paid significant co-pay, and got zero value from the consultation. Definitely not returning. Lots of other excellent care options available in the area.
Parkway Sleep Center made my experience 10 times better than any others. Their staff were friendly and helped calm me down from the mess my insurance company has made for me. They helped me understand my new CPAP machine and how insurance bills in monthly installments that I didn't ever hear before dealing with Parkway. I look forward to seeing the results and my follow up with Parkway. Christen was helpful in every aspect and very reassuring.
