I could not believe how well I was treated here!! 10/10 Our specialist Sarah, the respiratory technician, went above and beyond for me. I have a whole slew of medical issues and Sarah didn't make me feel bad for needing extra explanation or needing extra time or needing to write everything down. There were so many steps & I was very nervous. Sarah made sure I was comfortable the whole time, even making sure I had an extra clean space to be in! I am always so grateful for IU. And especially this location
Accidentally missed an appointment because I misread the date and left 3 voicemails over the course of nearly a month, no one ever call me back. Finally on the fourth call today someone picked up and cut me off in the middle of me explaining what I called for. The woman was very curt but scheduled another appt for me nonetheless.
I agree with the other review. I’ve been trying to get a cpap machine and haven’t been able to get anyone to answer or call back for over a month. I’ve waited on hold for 45 min or longer MULTIPLE times to no avail. I left messages and never received a return call. Finally I used a different extension and got a live person then asked for the office manager. He called back and magically I had an appt the next day!
If I could offer a negative star rating I would have. I have been trying to get CPAP supplies from these people since April, and it is now September. No one returned my calls for three months, and when I was finally given some assistance, I was sent a box of supplies I could not use. The slipshod and amateurish manner this place is run is startling. Good luck to anyone who patronizes this place.
