DO NOT GO HERE We took our daughter here after she fell off the porch and hit her head. We were placed in a room, a nurse practitioner came in to ask a couple questions, left, came back 30 minutes later and said we could leave. No materials used, the only tests ran were her blood pressure, and we talked to the receptionist more than we did the practitioner that came to the room. We now have bills from them for over $1,500 and when we asked for an itemized bill, they sent a letter with a single line that had the same amount on it. They refuse to provide any detail for the charges and will not work with you. This is our second time at the hospital with both times we've been brushed off and handed a massive bill. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.
Dr. Allen and her team were so fast and courteous when I got "scoped" on Thanksgiving night. We had some giggles and left under an hour. Talk about a pro getting this dietitian to talk about GLP1s while she did three stitches. I am so grateful for them!
I had a trip and fall; was admitted in quickly with very little wait-time. They were very busy , however, the RN’s and staff were friendly, the NP came by to introduce himself , the imaging guys weee caring in positioning my body, and the wait for results were minimal. The NP gave me a green light to leave. Most pleasant experience.
No one ever wants to end up in the ER, but this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had. We DID NOT WAIT! And every provider and administrative staff were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and turned a very harrowing situation into something that ended up much better than it started. We received excellent care and would highly recommend this location to anyone for services.
