My wife was suffering with morning dizzy spells, high BP in the morning and feeling horrid. Lakeside got her into a sleep study in just a few days and she got her CPAP shortly afterward. Wonderful facility, friendly staff, highly recommended!
Had a great experience. The staff was very professional and down to earth. My son was nervous about his sleep study, but the staff put his mind at ease. They also explained everything clearly. Highly recommend them!
Dear owners, please tell your staff to check the ever-loving faxes. You have held up my treatment multiple times and now that I am FINALLY supposed to get my machine guess what, the supplier says they are waiting on Lakeside. Big surprise. If you don't light a fire under yourselves fast, my next review is going to the AMA. Like, tomorrow morning 8am.
They did me a great service. I was very nervous about the whole sleep study thing! I had to do an in-lab one, but they made the whole process smooth. The room was very clean and Im a stickler about cleanliness! Fast in getting my results to my PCP. I'd like to especially commend Sara, she went above and beyond to help me get my CPAP machine as quick as possible! The entire staff was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this business.
Making an appointment at Lakeside is a process- doctors orders, insurance approval, etc. Knowing this up front makes it much easier. But I honestly have to say, I got the best care ! Brody, the nurse that took care of me was wonderful. He was able to answer all my questions and this helped my level of anxiety! Lakeside is really lucky to have such a qualified nurse. My room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member that I spoke with on the phone was kind and engaging! Thanks Lakeside staff…
