Staff was extremely rude. Could not connect to Televisit so they told me to find another doctor. Tried to charge me for a televisit qhen their system would not allow me to connect. This Dr. Doesnt care about you ir about when her staff wont be helpful. Terrible experience. Refused to engage. Go anywhere else. You will loose sleep over the way you are treated
Attentive care and very helpful navigating the CPAP devices
They overbilled me and refuse to issue a refund. Calls go unreturned. Their medical billing provider insists they owe me a refund. Now I have to report them to the state.
This review is for the office staff only. The medical care is excellent. Chelsea use to work in the office and did a great job!
Dr Hopkins is nice, she helped me adjust to a new CPAP device 2 yrs ago and made some suggestions to make it easier for me which were effective. But since they went totally Telemedicine I will not come back. All other phsycians are seeing their patients, I work as a home health nurse and have to see its so I find it weak that she's afraid to see her patients in person. A large percentage of people are vaccinated and ware masks, no need to live in fear. The 2 stars are for the billing department. Almost impossible to pay your bill later. I keep setting up automatic billing from my HSA and it will go correctly for a few months then just stop and I get messages that I didn't pay. And when you the number they send you, nobody is ever there to answer the phone or they won't return my calls. The office number half the time doesn't answer their phone. I don't know how Im supposed to pay this business. . Also be aware she is really expensive. I have BCBS PPO and I still owed a ton of money. And they dont tell you that you can get your own cpap supplies now at CVS and just use your HSA card if you have one, or submit your own insurance bill. I have found the supplies are way cheaper through other medical supply dealers then their office.
