Dr. George Al-Shamy is a true healer who diagnoses and offers solutions. He carefully rebuilt my spine and returned me to a productive, happy life after years of pain. Not only is he skilled, he is compassionate. He works as a team with his patients. PA Elisa Perez is knowledgeable, answers all our questions-in office and online. She is amazing in working with surgical patients both in hospital and outpatient. This office is patient oriented and provides the best treatment available.

Not much to say. Could have been more caring. Saw Dr. McDonald. Took me months to see him. Took 10 minutes to talk with him. He ordered an MRI of my brain. Gave me a list of therapists. I called them. Non of them accepted my Tricare military insurance. Came back 3 months later for an appointment. Got there 15 minutes ahead of appointment. Waited an hour in the room before walking out. Never saw the doctor. Disappointing. At least I got the MRI.

This place is a joke. I have been trying to see one of their doctors (anyone) since January. Waited months for my appointment then they called the day before saying the doctor needed to reschedule but first available wasn’t until next year. I said I would like to be seen sooner so they scheduled me with another doctor. My appointment was supposed to be this coming Monday after waiting months and they just called to reschedule again indicating the doctor has an “emergency” next week and can’t see me. Clearly, this place is not concerned with patient health.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Maloney for about a year to address my sleep issues. And OMG I love her. She is engaging, asks me thoughtful questions and always has time to answer my questions and concerns. She’s helped me come up with a treatment plan and has helped me with insurance etc. Her staff is very helpful as well.
