The woman who handles their refills is a god send. There has been an ongoing issue with my insurance company for weeks. She could very easily just tell me to call back once I figure it out. She has helped me repeatedly trying to help me through the issue. Everyone I have dealt with thought the company, scribes, PA, refills, receptionist, sleep study. They have all been so kind. I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars. Thank you again

If you're trying to manage multiple conditions and need your medical records across multiplephysicians- this isnt the place for you. They are withholding medical records from being sent to other physicians and to the patient. Informed the front that an appointment was made with another physician that wanted the results the morning of my appointment with them. They are refusing to send anything.
I had the pleasure of having an overnight sleep study as well as a day time nap study back to back. Both of my technicians, Vanessa and Petra, were the most caring, accommodating, and very knowledgeable as well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I really liked that I had a private bathroom. The room had a nice ceiling fan, as well as a floor fan and multiple lights. Also there was a comfy recliner, tv, nightstands etc. There was also a fridge right outside of the rooms to keep any food you bring for yourself. In addition, they will accept food deliveries if you want to order in. The bathroom is stocked with towels, a place to put your things, and a shower. There is a little intercom system that they can talk to you and you to them, in case you did need something. I just felt very well taken care of and comfortable. I would highly recommend the office. I'd also like to give a shout out to the office staff that do an amazing job as well as the nurse practitioners that I met with prior.
The Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates (CSMA) team was very professional and extremely friendly. I really enjoyed and appreciated my experience and conversation with the my provider. She was very knowledgeable and was able to follow along with me as I described my symptoms to her. I’m glad she was able to quickly understand and pinpoint my unique situation and we agreed right away on a plan of action moving forward. I look forward to our next session. I’m optimistic and confident that with the help from CSMA, I can feel better soon. Thank you!
