Read this before paying them anything. I was told by Donna that I needed to pay $500 to meet my co-pay for insurance. I asked multiple times if she was sure that was the amount due and she assured me it was. Seven months later I was having a conversation with my insurance provider regarding meeting my deductible and asked why the $500 I paid for the sleep study was not applied. They immediately told me to call Treasure Coast Sleep Disorders and ask for a refund as my deductible should have only been $50. I called and mentioned this and was told the person that does the medical billing was out of the office. The following Monday there was a $400 refund issued on my credit card. Nobody called to apologize or explain what happened. This week a co-worker was scheduling their sleep study and Donna once again asked for $500 for the deductible. We happen to share an office and I explained that the co-pay is $50 and Donna still wanted to ask for the $500. Thankfully my coworker contacted our insurance and was able to show Donna that $50 was the co-pay for and Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility. Please check with your insurance carriers before giving them any money. They had $400 for over seven months and never reached out to refund the discrepancy. The gentleman that performed the sleep study was great.

This company is a scam. They say they are Blue Cross Approved but are not. Their methods are incomplete, unprofessional and very shady. Then when you don't pay their extortion fees, they send you to a collection agency> DO NOT USE. Am pursuing Small Claims Court Action and have advised Blue Cross of their scam.

I was referred here by my doctor. I first got a home sleep study from them but because of my results they needed to retest me in person per my doctors request, which I was completely okay with. The lab technicians name was Jay. He’s super cool and made me very feel comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Was referred here for a sleep study and was sold on doing the one that you do at take home because it was affordable but unfortunately they didn't disclose that if in fact your test was positive for sleep apnea you would come back and do another sleep study overnight at their facility that would cost almost 3 times as much.If I would of know this I would of never done the first one.Typical greedy medical people milking the hard working man for all he works hard for. What a waist of my time gas and money BAIT AND SWITCH
