Took my daughter there early this week. Jodi was absolutely fantastic! She really cares about her job and helping people. She was very attentive and caring with my baby throughout her study. I could not be more thankful for her. Would highly recommend to anyone else needing this kind of testing.

Decent experience. Arrived at 8:15 (appointment time: 8:30). The room resembled a hotel room, which was nice. Me and my daughter were accommodated. There was a kitchen and bathroom nearby. The study itself didn’t start until 10ish (ended at 11:30am) because that’s when the tech attached all the wires & whatnot. It didn’t bother me as my daughter (age: 3) doesn’t usually go to bed until 10pm on weekends (free days). During the week, she’s in bed by 7:30pm. But as another commenter mentioned, the setup isn’t for pediatric patients but overall it was a pleasant experience for my daughter and I. She was a bit uncomfortable with the wires and net/wrap on her head but she slept okay. I had snacks, juices and such for us . Overall I love the place and the tech and I’d definitely bring my daughter back if she ever needs another study (hopefully not as I pray she’s healthy).

Brought our 4 year old for a sleep study here. We were greeted by an awesome nurse/tech Jodi. She made us feel most welcomed. The overnight room resembled a simple hotel room and was clean. The hardest part is getting all the electrodes(stickers) on, but our son tolerated it pretty well considering it was 9:30pm. Jodi also did a great job keeping him distracted. He was out by 10:30 and up by 5am. Taking the stickers off was a little touchy just because he was still sleepy but nothing that a lollipop didn’t fix! All in all good experience.

Very pleased with the precuations in place for my son's study. Very happy with the kind tech who explained all that would happen during and after and who talked about what he was doing as he got my son ready for the test. We appreciated all the communication leading up to the test and we felt safe with the procedure, you could smell the lysol when we walked in. The morning/day tech was equally kind and used humor to put my son at ease. Great place!

The technician was very professional and the facility is nice and not at all intimidating - the rooms look more like hotel rooms than hospital rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. However, for pediatric patients, I would not recommend this facility. I was asked to arrive with my toddler at 8:30, even though this is past his normal bed time. Even though we arrived 30 minutes early, everything was not set-up until 10 pm and the study did not begin until 10:30. I was told this was normal. With all the wires and bandages around his head, he was very uncomfortable and his range of motion was severely impaired, which made sleeping difficult. By the time he finally settled down, it was after midnight, at which point he was so exhausted he crashed for about 4 hours until they woke us up to end the study at 5 am. This in no way resembled his normal sleep pattern and the study was a complete waste of time. I'd opt for a children's hospital setting, where they try to accommodate the normal routine of babies and toddlers.
