I got a sleep study done for my 4 years old at this location and everything went well the technician her name is Lisa Zepeda was really nice,friendly and made my little one feel so comfortable ,the location is nice so as the room I will totally recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Lisa
Our 3 year old went for a sleep study and it was such a positive experience to something to scary for him. The woman who performed his test was so sweet and kind to him! Ensured she spoke to him and explained everything. I believe her name was Georgina, I’m terrible with names. But she was the definition of kindness and professionalism! Facility was super safe and clean! We are glad we chose this sleep center for his testing
The technician was courteous, respectful, attentive, and noncontestable. Other than that, the facilities are dated, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets hadn't been changed from a prior use, trash was under the covers, the wiring was uncomfortable, they use a thick paste in your hair, the shampoo was a all over body wash...not good for hair, the straps holding the wires were horrible and caused rashing under arms, they are a kelsey seybold facility but did not have neosporin for the rashes their equipment caused, the shower head is a joke...more of a drizzle drip, the room got extremely cold...caused shivering, had to request extra blankets twice, the blankets were shirt thin and were for a full size bed but the bed was a queen...so the covers did not adequately hang over edge and could not be tucked. The monitoring equipment should be wireless in this day and age. Bottom line, go somewhere else. Bottom line, find some other place to go.
The sleep technicians were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive, walking me through each step with patience and clarity. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed with empathy and expertise, which gave me confidence in the entire process.
This place is fantastic. Rest assured each and every question is answered. The space is very warm and inviting. You get a private bath and room . It is safe and quiet . Bring a pillow , a book and your medication. There is plenty of parking , with a security guard to help you find your way to the fifth floor . Anthony is a very good professional. He explains each and every step to you in advance . I really felt sure of the procedure . He is a great reassuring person , with years of experience . Thank you Anthony!
