To the Obgyn office that always takes good care of me and listens thank you!!! Thank you to all the doctors as well. My partner had labs drawn today whoever was in the lab department today she was really rude. She did a good job I will say that on drawling their blood. But to be rude with no one else in there and not much to do I just don’t know. Hope she feels better.

I’ve been feeling terrible. Not able to eat. Could barely stand or do anything for days. I finally got myself to be seen and the nurse and the doctor I saw were extremely unhelpful and judgmental. The nurse made a rude comment about my 11month old child and they refused to help me and told me to go elsewhere. At same day care. I will never be seen by Kristen Landrum again. I left after 1hr 30minutes with zero help and the only reasons I left two stars was because the two wonderful ladies that took my blood were very kind to me and my kids and listened. Very sweet ladies I left crying because I received no help and felt so terrible that I didn’t know what else to do or how I was going to make it through the day. I will never ever go to same day care again and only ever schedule with my family doctor.

So I've been in WCH for years and never had issues with anyone in this building. The OBGYN women at the desk on the third floor are terrible. My appointments have miraculously been cancelled multiple times, while expressing issues about that, the younger female sat there laughing about it. Today, the younger female completely cut me off while I was speaking to the older women who'd greeted me when she usually doesn't and stated I have an appointment today! This girl repeatedly asked my birthday while I silently stared in disbelief, she spoke to me as if I was I didn't know English! This girl has never spoken to me before. The only two times they ever greeted me was when my boyfriend is present who happens to be white. When I asked this young woman to leave me alone, and why after my appointment, the older claimed I was "attacking" her and even told me voicing the thoughts about the disrespect and and dismissive behavior was not permitted. I had to begin recording for my protection after being accused. She even went on to instigate me twice as I got on the elevator. They went on to call security and the cops simply because I voiced that I was being discriminated against and didn't appreciate it. I am shocked! Typically they give me pan faces and only the older woman even speaks to me but claims she has zero power over anything. I am so glad I didn't go alone and recoded some of that interaction. Racism is so real.

I have gone to the same GP for many years. However, recently routine service has become over complicated and frustrating. Case in point: I have a medication I’ve taken for years. I need a new prescription and started the process to get one a week ago, I’ve called the office repeatedly, used the MYChart service, called CVS several times. No one at the office has yet returned my calls. I guess I’m just supposed to suffer. I’m seriously thinking of seeking a new doctor, which is not anything I expected. My GPZ and I have been through a great deal together. I truly don’t know what the problem is there or what to do, but I’m still in need and feel helpless to simply get my new prescription,

Usually pretty good. However, today we made appointment for 4:40 and at 6:10 we are still waiting to see someone. Nurse came in and took vitals @ 5:15 and we have seen no one sense. No receptionist. We had to check in with the dr office and while still putting my insurance card away that receptionist lowered her blind so she could leave. We were here last week as well and the prescription that was supposed to be sent to pharmacy wasn’t sent. There was no way to reach this office by phone. I called multiple numbers and transferred to Med/ Surge floor and two separate times to the ER before I gave up and I had to drive back to office to find out out why script not sent .
