Sleep Care at Adena Fayette County Memorial Hospital

They treated my 86 year old grandmother the same as they would a 20 year old person. That's not always how it goes at some hospitals. Thank you for assessing her thoroughly and for listening to caregiver input 🙏

My sister went to the ER because she slipped and fell and hit her head. She had a pretty large knot on her head, a bad headache, was dizzy, and suoer tired. She waited two hours to be seen. Then the doctor ordered a urine test which the nurse was supposed to bring supplies back for, only an hour later the nurse was still at the nursing station sitting down and laughing with the other nurses. They're so lazy and good-for-nothing. Oh, and they definitely talk bad about patients and discuss patient information with one another. The doctor then said they had to wait for the radiologist but that they were pretty sure she didn't have a concussion, so another hour wasted only for the doctor to come in one last time to say that she's free to go. No urine sample (they even made her drink water) and no radiologist visit. Worst place ever, I don't recommend going. If you can, go to an ER or Urgent Care in Washington Court House.

Went in for a dog bite and was talked down by a ER doctor. Told the Dr, I had no feeling in my 3/4 of my finger. Was treated like I was a idiot. I Do Not recommend anything in this hospital.

I would like to shout out Madge and Steff (information) and Jill (billing/administration) for being so pleasant, professional and helpful today! A relative has regular appointments here and said the experience is always a good one but today was the first time I have visited and everyone was very helpful! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

The staff here was so incredibly friendly I almost forgot that I was in a medical center. Right now they're undergoing some construction so it took me a while to find my way around, but it didn't really matter because everyone who worked there was super friendly and super helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Once I got to the correct office I felt like I was being seen by an old friend. I felt right at home, I felt like all my concerns were being addressed, I felt like there was a reason why I went here instead of some clinic that was closer. This is been one of my favorite experiences in going to what we call a PHA appointment. I'm super glad I went there and I don't think that I ever want to go to another location again. The staff obviously knows what they're doing and they should keep doing it. Don't change a thing you guys are awesome and I'm going to recommend to all other eligible people to go through also.
