I was a little anxious about attending my home sleep study appointment , but the technician named Gabriela immediately put me at ease. She throughly explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with taking my kit home and doing this myself. What could have been a stressful night felt calm and easy. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference!
Professional, courteous, and informative staff. Barbara, at the Bellaire location, was phenomenal! She was kind and helpful with instructions on how to use the cpap machine. She also quickly answered my follow up questions. Cpap machines have improved tremendously since the last time I tried to use them 10 years ago.
Came here for my supplies because I used their Clear Lake location for my study and couldn’t be happier. Front staff was very attentive to me once I got to the back Ms Barbara explained the machine and all the accessories clearly to me. Answered every question I had and let me test it out for 10 minutes. Definitely would recommend going here
Couldn’t be more pleased with the level of customer service I received from this location. Jackie was very helpful getting everything to my insurance and approved very quickly. Barbara then taught me how to use my machine and helped me pick out a mask that worked for me. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in need!

Ana Paula really came through to help me get the appropriate info from my doctor (after GP office was dragging their feet and giving me the run around). Jay helped me get an appointment scheduled quickly and provided detailed info on my financial obligations and insurance benefits. And Ms. Barbara 😭 a precious angel. The kindest and gentlest tech for my fitting. So sweet and had me so at ease. She explained my new machine to me, selected a mask that best suited my needs, and ensured everything fit comfortably and worked. She made my day. Super helpful all around with caring service.
