Nyla was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as having a lack of any useful knowledge of cpap machines. She mocked me for knowing related medical terms that she didn't know and insulted me for having "googled" things related to cpap and my medical condition. She even threatened to cancel my cpap (which she has remote access to, via cellular connection embedded in my device) because she has zero control of her emotions. Nyla is an absolute liability and a lawsuit, or worse, in the making. I can't sleep with this device controlling my breathing, knowing that someone like Nyla can log in and shut it off or change settings at any time while I sleep. Nyla, btw, is the "director" of sleep services with this company currently. Edit: Their response below is nonsense, of course. They did not contact me, and obviously they have no plan to do anything. I have since fired Hiro and switched to Memorial Herman.
I was supposed to do a sleep study with them and was waiting to hear back after calling them to confirm. They said they were waiting to hear from my insurance. I called my insurance the following week and they knew nothing about it. Hiro called me back 3 months later. I didn’t receive any updates for 3 months. I had forgotten all about the study.
I would like to recognize Stacey for being patient and helping me address issues with my insurance company. She went above and beyond in getting everything corrected. She is a great asset to the Hiro Health family.
The services provided to me by Hiro Health were superlative. Any difficulties experienced by me in adjusting to the device provided were 100% on myself. Every med lab or service provider should meet the high standard achieved by Hiro Health!!
