My nurse/tech was super sweet and caring. She made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and treated me with so much respect.
The technicians I had Florida and Shannon ensured that I had a smooth sleep study. They both also made me feel very comfortable and eager to help me in any way possible. Florida was a great conservationist enabling me to feel less anxious about the study. Shannon showed her expertise in the field by her ability to answer my questions in whole without leaving me questioning the process. I loved staying here and felt like my technicians were passionate about helping and supporting me!
They explained things very well Florida was my Tech and she was amazing. I highly recommend this sleep lab if you need to get one done.
My attendant Juliette was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable. The room and adjoining bathroom were clean, the bed was soft every thing went well. Prior to that the phone call to explain things and answer any questions helped, the paperwork with instructions were thorough. Great experience.
