These people are so backwards it not even funny , called my wife after I left my# 3 times then they call me to confirm apt that I didn't even have and was told sorry I ment to call someone else, go elsewhere , I did a ct scan and wondering if the results I got were even mine ! Beware I recommend finding a place that knows who there really talking to and really care for the patient !
My husband had a sleep apnea study completed here. He had a scheduled appointment with the doctor to review the results. He went for his appointment, waited 30 min for them to tell him they don’t have his results and still charged him for the visit! It’s wrong to charge patients for services not given and their mistake. I’m disappointed our primary care physician recommended this practice.
Dr. Nair is wonderful, but the rest of the people I've dealt with that office is truly terrible. A a retired health care worker from the Texas Medical Center, I can tell you you can't get phones answered, appointments get screwed up and if you have a question you better hope that you can wait till you see the doctor on your next visit. I've never seen such unprofessional, lackadaisical attitudes that I am flabbergasted that this office still has patients. If it wasn't for the wonderful doctors I doubt they would have anyone going there.
I went here with my Grandma, for her appointment. Dr. Nair was so kind, intelligent and empathetic to both of us. He’s a great listener and personable. It’s rare to find doctors these days who you can really feel that they care. The staff is professional and prompt. Definitely recommend this place!
Dr. Nair is fantastic, however getting to talk to the office for scheduling for procedure or a follow up from procedure or getting answers has been more of a hassle, not to mention being given incorrect information. I was told to be at the facility one day too soon for Covid testing, then I was told to be there one and a half early when I only need to be there one hour early. I was told I would not need to come off of my medications prior to that I would be put under general anesthesia, but twilight, that was wrong, had I not have done more research and spoke with another anesthesiologist I would not have been able to have this done.... I have now called the office 5 times to get ahold of someone to make a follow up appointment with no answer, also left a message three and a half hours ago and have yet to get a call back. I have tried all along to be patient with the everyone (all businesses as I know a lot are having a hard time getting people to work), but this is ridiculous. I give this office a one star review based on the office staff.
