We have been seeing the oncology department here. Everyone has been very good at keeping us informed of all appointments and treatments. Radiation Oncology is the best. Very friendly, encouraging. Haven't met anyone yet that is disappointing.. Great place and people.
My appointment for an MRI was at 5:30p. I went to 3 different locations because things aren't marked well and it was after hours so there was no one at the info desk. Fortunately two very nice employees help me find the right location. And Gabriella who did the MRI was excellent. I'm sure it would have been easier if my appointment had been earlier and there was someone at the info desk.
The overall experience was very good from the first visit on. There will be a series of visits in the future for an ongoing issue. The Doctors have been first rate in their concern and care. The imaging side has also been good. Courteous and professional, informative about the procedures and excellent in the service they provide. I actually look forward to the visits rather than dreading them. It’s the people that make the difference and I thank them all for their time as we work through this. Would definitely recommend.
This clinic should change it’s name to Heaven-sent Orthopedics. I’m so fortunate to have met and chosen Dr Mohr and NP Stephen Miller plus their staff. They make the best team all around starting with their bedside mannerisms and compassion. I was involved in a serious accident that fractured my thoracic spine. Thank goodness my spinal cord wasn’t injured, but it was a close call. I had Spinal Thoracic Fusion with Laminectomy surgery. Sounds scary at first, but I’ll tell ya, I felt the biggest relief immediately after surgery! I felt like a brand new baby! I was able to walk and stand on my own again! Now I’m the row to recovery and every step, it’s a step closer to my goal and getting my life back! Trust the process!! I will forever be grateful to Dr Mohr and NP StephenMiller! God bless these men!!🙏🏼
