Absolutely loved my experience. I had an amazing care team that I love so much I will have all my babies at this hospital. Everyone I met was unbelievable and patient and kind. Chas was my right hand man and went above and beyond for us. So thankful for everyone.
The staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Heyward was very attentive, listened, and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed explaining everything she was going to do.
Great experience giving birth here , The team really care and after reading all these comments I was kind of scared being this my first birth .. but wow it went smoothly and it felt like I was actually cared for my pain and all questions were addressed asap , Dr IBE preformed my c-section and my scar looks beautiful , her team was great as well as my anesthesiologist I believe Dr.sims? His name was , I told him how scared I was and he talked to me the whole time since he was on the other side of the curtain with me . All the nurse were so sweet as well as my postpartum team . 10/10 OH NOT TO MENTION GREAT FOOD HERE and great cafeteria staff that would bring our food up .
Had a great experience here with the ER team. Dr Michael B Jordan has the best bedside manner and was caring and took the time to listen to all my concerns. The nurses all were great and quick to provide services needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone that has an emergency.
I was very afraid for my cesarean section, because of the language and far from my country DR 🇩🇴 but the treatment was very good, the nurses were very good, especially one in particular, I don't remember her name because she was with me the first night of my cesarean section, I hope she sees this comment! The only thing you need to improve is the lunch times, you practically don't sleep, it's more than clear, but bringing breakfast to the mothers must be essential not almost at noon and dinner is also very late, the earlier you need to eat, the later they took it, crazy!
