CSMA of Sugar Land was the best sleep study experience I had from start to finish upon receiving my results. The front staff, Veronica and Beatriz, were amazing and very professional. Beatriz’s rapid response in contacting me upon receiving my referral and insurance approval was great! She was very considerate in making sure I understood the process and answered all the questions I had before scheduling my EEG and Sleep Study. Veronica was very helpful and ensured that I understood all the paperwork I had to fill out when I arrived to check in at the office for my appointments. The Tech was considerate and ensured I was comfortable to best of my ability being hooded up with all the wires. She also explained every step and the reason behind the different wires. In addition, the room and private bathroom were very clean. Lastly, the nurse, Amanda, was amazing and detailed when she explained my results of the EEG and Sleep Study. Thank you CSMA Sugar Land staff. I highly recommend this location for a sleep study.
The past couple times that I’ve been to the office, I’ve had the pleasure of talking with Veronica at the front desk. She has been absolutely amazing. Not only was she able to answer questions or connect with someone that had the answers (and then accurately convey them back to me) but she also has attention to detail, efficient follow-through and a true understanding of empathy. I’m so glad she is part of the CSMA team!
The information and support that I have received from Sam Sadeghian at CSMA has been superlative! He is extremely prompt and thorough in returning phone calls and emails. His knowledge, demeanor and professionalism is above reproach. From a patient's point of view, Sam's most valuable asset is that he truly cares about helping you, and he will go the extra mile to ensure that you are being well looked after. The staff were amazing and very attentive at whatever I may need. My technician Passion provided an overall superb experience. She’s was nice, patient, and attentive. The facility was well kept and clean and provided a nice calm environment for my night study. I was well taken care of and my experience went very smooth. Would highly recommend
