This Dr takes time and talks to you about your condition and wellness . I believe he is passionate about finding answers and the best solutions to help you live your life while adjusting to your new diagnosis. I believe he cares about my health and wellness.

Waited almost two full hours to see the dr. Did not feel like I was valued at all. Was made to feel bad for being frustrated at the situation. If I had an option I would go elsewhere.

IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. Don't bother leaving a message. You won't get a call back. I sent in a presentation request on 11/11. Finally seen that on 11/17 it got sent to my doctor. Didn't hear anything for a week. During that week I called and waited on hold several times. Waited on hold twice for exactly 37 mins and 40 seconds then got disconnected. Then I left a message. No return call no new message nothing. I called yesterday, pressed 3 to talk to someone. Went straight to a message that said something like unable to take calls due to inclement weather? Umm ok. I live 30 mins from Columbia and there was 0 snow or ice or anything. I've called 5 times today. Waited on hold for a total of about 2 hours. One time it went off hold and started ringing. No answer then back on hold. This is beyond frustrating and absolutely ridiculous!

My husband has optic neuritis caused by MS. He very recently had a flare up and needed IV steroids to prevent vision loss and further damage. He started attempting to contact his Neurologist on Moday, no response. He called 3 times Wednesday, they didnt even pick up the phone. Thiursday evening he finally got a text telling him to go to The University hospital if it got worse. Friday morning he again called and was told his call would be treated as a high priority. He never heard from anyone. Hes been in the E.R. now since 830 am., waiting ...its now 420 pm. I would never reccomend this office to anyone.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office my appointment was at 3:00 it was almost 4:00 before I got into a room where I waited for another 45 minutes. I seen Dr. Salma Said Elsayed, she made me take a test on paper and things to remember and count backwards from 100 by 7s I had such anxiety from her that I couldn’t even think and then when it was finished she asked me how much education I have had. It was almost 6:00 before we left. I will not be going back to this place. I would give negative stars if I could.
