Seldom have to wait and if do, it is a short wait. Dr and staff are friendly, professional and helpful.
Absolutely horrendous establishment. No communication whatsoever. They don't even know how to use their own app to update appointments or understand that you need to contact clients to communicate schedule changes. The nurses there should be fired for how rudely they talk about patients when they think the patients can't hear them.
Worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had. Every time I visit I never get seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment and only seem to spend less then 10 min conversing with the “specialist”. If your value your time, do not waste it. Find another Doctor that respects you and your time. This one just cares about squeezing as many patients in his schedule as possible. In fact, I’m writing this review as I currently wait over the hour mark. Still no sight of the MD.
