I just came back from plaza 2 office staff is very rude my mom has appointment with SHANTAE JOHNSON and she can't walk and we have long drive from newcaney to the clinic and stuck in traffic in downtown. Even we call the office and let him know we r on way .when we reach they said you r 1 mintue late and reschedule appointment. DR suppose to help the patients not deal like retail customers. Don't suggest to go there.
Dr. Virani and her medical assistant are fabulous. Front desk staff could be a bit more attentive and helpful. Also, the parking situation at the clinic is horrendous; be prepared to set aside time to drive around looking for an open spot.
Horrible urology department. During my first visit on Feb 10th, the doctor said he will write a prescription, but forgot about it. There was no response to phone calls and messages. Again on March 17th once I complained, another doctor finally wrote a prescription, but the pharmacy could not decipher the prescription. They wrote back to the doctor but still have not heard back. To get a proper prescription it is a struggle.
Reg: DR. NADIM JAFRI I would definitely do NOT recommend any one to come here or bring a family member such as a father or mother. My father who is 90 years old was referred to this facility to further check his digestive system. No test was performed to him. Dr. Nadim Jafri was only with us 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes he was talking super fast and seemed in a hurry. Instead he recommended us to go somewhere else. Front staff however, was friendly and helpful. Maria patiently answered all of my questions. Perhaps the doctor should learn from the front staff and learn how to be more ethical.
I've been coming here for years. On my last visit the ladies at the front desk where rude. They kept saying that I have a high deductible. I told them that I didn't and all they had to do was call my insurance company. They laughed and kept repeating themselves. I called my insurance and put them on the speaker to confirm my benefits. Benefits were confirmed and I was correct and I didn't get an apology. I was treated like I was trying to steal something.I left there feeling worse.
