Memorial Hermann Sugarland Sleep Lab

I had a great experience at the Memorial Hermann Sleep Lab. My tech, Maddison, was outstanding — she made me feel completely at home and comfortable throughout my overnight study. She explained everything clearly, checked in often, and her calm, friendly approach made the whole process stress-free. The room itself was very clean and well-prepared, which helped me relax and actually get some rest. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and very confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience during my sleep study! My technician, JACOB is amazing! He made my stay at ease, he explained everything step by step, very well-informed and precise. I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. I can’t thank him enough! You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he do. The facility is well-kept, the room has an aesthetic appeal with a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you, also to DANIELLE she is so helpful and kind! She followed up with me regarding my appt, referral and scheduled me right away! Overall, I definitely recommend this place. I am glad I picked this location. I woke up well-rested! I forgot to add, it was not difficult finding the location - easy instructions and access to enter the building, thank you MH Sugarland!

The staff is highly attentive and professional. I would like to extend special recognition to Ms. Penny, a technician who was consistently present and attentive to all of my needs. She thoroughly explained the procedures and equipment, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I enjoyed such a restful sleep that I awoke feeling rejuvenated. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a comprehensive and detailed sleep study experience. Choosing this location ensures a high standard of care and professionalism. I called their phone number on 9/30/2024. They said that they received the Referral and they will call me back after confirming with my Health Insurance. I waited 6 business days for them to call me back. I called them again on 10/09/2024, they said Oh… your insurance is not in network. I was like I was expecting your call to tell me if insurance is in-network or not and you guys didn’t even bother calling me back and just sat on that info. I had to call them to remind them that they forgot to call me back and let me know that they can’t help me. The lady I spoke to didn’t even apologize or said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Just had a unprofessional and apathetic attitude over the phone saying “We’re just going in circles” and had no answer to my questions. Horrible Service

I was told to be there for 8:00 pm on 12/26/22 arrived at 7:15 no one was there. Receptionist at the hospital called no answer. Security guard at the hospital looked at surveillance cameras to see if anyone was in the building. Told me know one was over there. I called my doctor's office and they called and couldn't get an answer to why no one was there. Then someone told my doctor that I was a no show. You can clearly see me on surveillance. I would really like to talk to the director or someone whose in charge.
