Anne B. called me over the phone, didn't Identify herself, then proceeded to be very condescending and disrespectful when asked to explain the reason for the call. Very unprofessional and seemed only to care that I came in for an unnecessary visit. This place is just a money grab with no real expectations of care for actual patients.

Avoid this place! I went in for a routine annual check-up. Before my appointment, I called to confirm the cost and was told it would be $195 with a discount, which I was assured included everything—even blood work. The doctor was great and informative, but to my surprise, when I was sent to the lab, I was told I had to pay an additional $100 for lab work. I went ahead and paid it, thinking that would be the end of it. Today, I received another bill for $146 for a 30-minute consultation with the doctor—something I was never told would be billed separately. I’m not paying for that. Their staff needs proper training on clearly informing patients about all potential charges upfront. I usually see another doctor who charges $150 total, including blood work. Never again!

I was very disappointed with Memorial Herman. My mother was admitted to the hospital with no bed sores on her butt. But when she came home she had a bed sore. But what was so disappointing is that they didn't tell me about it. I had to find out when she got home by EMS. I called to talk to the manager, left a message and no one ever called me back. I didn't take her back when she got sick again.😞😠

Memorial Hermann Medical Group Rosenberg has one of the sweetest staff ever. They are kind hearted and understanding of patients needs. A doctor I would recommend is DR. Megha Singh she is sweet, patient, and understanding of my needs and wants and takes her time to explain any issues or concerns I may have. I am forever grateful for her support and advice.

This was my first time coming to this office. I will not return. I will not recommed anyone. Demetra checked me in and it was the worst experience. I work in the medical field, so I know first hand how you should and should not speak to patients. She argued, raised her voice and put her finger in my face. So disgusting and disrespectful. I'll definitely contact the corporates office. She needs to be fired ASAP. Everyone else was great, the MA and especially the Doctor.
